1.Location
Shaolin Traditional Kung Fu Training School is located 300 meters east to, the closest school to Shaolin Temple and the only Kungfu Training School inside Shaolin Scenic Area,Dengfeng city ,Henan province,China.
Tips:
The Shaolin Scenic Area covers the Shaolin Temple Main Courtyard, Pagoda Forest, Sanhuang Village, Bodhidharma Cave, First Patriarch Nunnery, Second Patriarch Nunnery and other scenic spots within the Shaoshi Mountain scenic zone. Since the implementation of closed-off management in the scenic area, all training schools except us, hotels and residential households have been relocated outside the scenic zone.
One single admission ticket grants access to all the above attractions. Students studying at our school within the scenic area are entitled to unlimited free visits to all scenic spots except the Shaolin Temple Main Courtyard only once. Visitors must enter and tour the Shaolin Temple Main Courtyard once on the date of ticket purchase.
2. Transportation
Zhengzhou is the nearest city with airport and train Station close to Shaolin Temple. About 100 flights everyday can make your trip easy and comfortable from big cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and etc.200 fast train will also help your trip of low budget. There are buses from Zhengzhou to Dengfeng every 30 minutes and bus to Shaolin Temple will start in every 10 minutes.
The nearest airport to us is Zhengzhou Xinzheng Airport,107 KM to Shaolin and Luoyang Beijiao Airport ,67 KM to Shaolin.
The nearest Train station to Shaolin is Zhengzhou East train station,100 km to Shaolin. You can also choose Luoyang Longmen train station and Gongyi South train station which are also close to us if you travel to us from China.
3. Visa Application
We usually offer you Invitation Letter and other necessay documents to apply for F-type visa (at most 1 year)or X2 visa (180 days) from the Chinese Embassy in your Country.
4. Climate
Shaolin Temple has 4 distinct seasons.
Spring(March,April,May),Summer(June,July,August),Autumn(September,Octomber,November) and Winter(December, January, February). The coldest winter is about -5 to -10 in the night and 5 in the daytime. Summer is hot, about 25 in the night and 35 in the day.
