Shi Yanguan ,58 years old, an orthodox 34th-generation inheritor of Shaolin Temple. He entered Shaolin Temple at the age of 7 to systematically learn traditional Shaolin Kung Fu.
He is proficient in Primordial Chaos Qigong, Eight-section Brocade, Shaolin Hard Qigong, Iron Sand Palm, Iron Cloth Shirt, Sanda, Grappling, Combat, and Shaolin Linked Fist, as well as other classic Shaolin Kungfu skills.

Shaolin Kungfu Experience
He formed a predestined bond with Shaolin from an early age. At the age of seven, he formally entered Songshan Shaolin Temple, converted to Buddhism, and studied under eminent monks and virtuous masters in the temple. He received integrated systematic training in Shaolin Zen, Shaolin Kungfu and traditional medicine.
From the age of 7 to 18, he adhered to daily Buddhist chants in the morning, Shaolin Kungfu training in the daytime and Zen practice at night. He practiced basic stances, standing meditation, routine forms and internal skills all year round, laying a solid foundation of orthodox Shaolin Kungfu.
After adulthood, he specialized in internal Qigong and actual combat techniques. He learned from many famous masters in Shaolin, integrating Shaolin hard skills, Qigong, boxing, combat and grappling, forming a Shaolin Kungfu style that balances internal cultivation and external power, combining hardness and softness.

1.Internal Health Qigong: Primordial Chaos Qigong and Eight-section Brocade, focusing on regulating qi and blood, dredging meridians, physical fitness and health preservation.
2.Shaolin Hard Qigong: Iron Sand Palm and Iron Cloth Shirt, possessing powerful palm strength and tough physical resilience.

Achievements & Social Activities
As a 34th-generation “Yan” generation inheritor, he strictly abides by Shaolin disciplines and devotes himself to inheriting and promoting the millennium-old Zen and Shaolin Kungfu culture of Shaolin.
He has long been engaged in professional Shaolin Kung Fu teaching, cultivating thousands of students at home and abroad, including teenagers and adults, popularizing Shaolin health preservation and actual combat Shaolin Kungfu.
He has participated in domestic and international Shaolin Kungfu cultural exchanges and Shaolin Kung Fu performances for many years, spreading the spirit of Chinese traditional Shaolin Kungfu and promoting cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.

Can you guys guess what is the weight of the shoes of Master Yanguan ? They are 15 kg in total so the Chinese kids usually practise the basics by Walking with their hands held horizontally while holding his shoes, as a substitute for the water-carrying exercise.
